When turning on the unit, no activity occurs after displaying the message “Initializing Image MASSter, please wait”.
The Image MASSter displays the error message “Internal Settings are Invalid” or “Stored Configuration Data is Corrupted”.
After starting a copy operation, the Image MASSter responds with one of the following error messages: “Drive failed to respond to reset” “Failed to Detect Drives” “Failed to Initialize Drives”
