The SCSI option adds the ability to transfer data from a SCSI hard drive to SAS/SATA/IDE* hard drives. This option makes the IM 6007SAS an ideal solution for migrating from SCSI to SAS interface. THe SCSI option does not include the ability to transfer data from SCSI to SCSI.
